The SIG SAUER ROMEO-M17 Red Dot Sight is the first and only red dot optic purpose-built specifically for the SIG SAUER M17 and M18 pistols selected by the U.S. Military. Engineered without compromise, the ROMEO-M17 was designed from the ground up to integrate seamlessly with the military’s official sidearm platform, delivering unmatched durability, reliability, and performance in the harshest conditions imaginable.

Unlike traditional pistol optics that require adapter plates or compromise fitment and durability, the ROMEO-M17 utilizes SIG SAUER’s proprietary SIG-LOC™ mounting interface, creating an ultra-secure lockup directly into the pistol slide for maximum stability and repeatable accuracy.

Built to true MIL-SPEC standards and fully designed, tested, and assembled in the USA, the ROMEO-M17 features a fully enclosed and sealed optical system that protects against water, dust, debris, and environmental exposure. Its rugged 7075 aluminum housing includes an integrated gas deflector, anti-reflection machining, and an extremely low deck height that allows full co-witness capability with standard-height iron sights.

The advanced high-efficiency LED emitter offers multiple reticle configurations, including a precise 2 MOA red dot, a 32 MOA circle, or a combined circle-dot reticle for rapid target acquisition and enhanced versatility. With 15 brightness settings, including night vision compatibility, the ROMEO-M17 is built for both professional duty and defensive applications.

Powered by a side-loading CR2032 battery with up to 50,000 hours of runtime, the ROMEO-M17 also features SIG SAUER’s MOTAC™ Motion Activated Illumination and MAGNETAC™ technologies for intelligent power management and instant readiness.

Important Compatibility Note:
The ROMEO-M17 utilizes SIG SAUER’s proprietary SIG-LOC™ mounting interface and is only compatible with SIG SAUER M17/M18 military issue and commemorative pistols featuring a single optics plate mounting screw. This optic is not compatible with standard commercial P320 models or other pistols.
