Do you charge sales tax?

Shipping & Delivery
Why am I being charged for shipping?
We provide free shipping for most domestic orders. Exceptions can be found in our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also click here to check the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
We accept returns/exchanges on new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

Firearms, Ammunition & NFA Items
How do I order ammunition if I live in a State with restrictions?

How do I order a firearm?
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose an FFL dealer for shipment. It’s your responsibility to contact your dealer and confirm they will accept the transfer. Bereli does not perform firearm transfers.

How do I order an NFA item (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.)?
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose an FFL dealer for shipment. It’s your responsibility to contact your dealer and confirm they will accept the transfer. Your dealer must email a copy of their FFL & SOT to SOT@bereli.com with your order number in the subject line.
I ordered an NFA product, and my dealer sent their SOT. How long until my order ships?
Once we receive the documents, we begin the 1–2 week ATF application process for disposition. The product ships as soon as ATF authorization is received.
Can I cancel an NFA order?
Unfortunately, NFA orders cannot be canceled due to legal restrictions and paperwork.
Can products be exported?
